چسب ملات چیست؟
چسب ملات یک نوع چسب ساختمانی است که به عنوان یک ماده‌ی چسبنده در صنعت ساختمان و ساخت و ساز استفاده می‌شود. این چسب معمولاً از مواد معدنی مانند سیمان، شن، ماسه و آب تشکیل شده است.

کاربردهای چسب ملات

  • اتصال سنگ‌ها و آجرها : چسب ملات برای اتصال قطعات سنگی و آجری در ساختمان‌ها استفاده می‌شود.
  • ترمیم و تعمیر : این چسب برای ترمیم و تعمیر ترک‌ها و شکاف‌ها در ساختمان‌ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.

چسب ملات

همانطور که مشاهده میکنید ، مواد تشکیل دهنده ی چسب مـلات این 3 ماده میباشد:

  1. سیمان پورتلند : این ماده اصلی تشکیل‌دهنده‌ی چسب مـلات است.
  2. شن و ماسه : برای افزایش مقاومت و تراکم چسب مـلات استفاده می‌شود.
  3. آب : جهت ترکیب مواد و تشکیل چسب مـلات.

در کار با مـلات، به نکات زیر توجه کنید:

  • استفاده از وسایل حفاظتی : هنگام کار با مـلات، از دستکش‌ها، عینک و ماسک استفاده کنید.
  • تهویه مناسب : در محیط کار، به تهویه مناسب توجه داشته باشید.
  • محافظت از پوست : پوست را در برابر تماس مستقیم با مـلات محافظت کنید.

تفاوت بین چسب ملات و سیمان چیست؟

سیمان:

  • سیمان به شکل پودری است و به صورت مخلوط، خاصیت چسبندگی را ایجاد می‌کند.
  • هرگز تنها استفاده نمی‌شود و به صورت ترکیب مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
  • مواد سازنده سیمان عمدتاً آهک، خاک رس، و مواد افزودنی مانند شیل، سرباره کوره بلند، و ماسه سیلیس هستند.

ملات:

  • مـلات ترکیبی از سیمان و ماسه است.
  • حاوی سیمان، ماسه و آب است، اما نسبت ماسه بیشتری نسبت به بتن دارد.
  • مـلات برای چسبـاندن واحدهای ساختمانی کوچک مانند آجر و سنگ به یکدیگر استفاده می‌شود. همچنین برای چسباندن کاشـی‌ها به کف زیرین نیز مـورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
